Cajun Chicken


4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp salt

½ tbsp pepper

½ tbsp cayenne pepper

½ tbsp dried thyme

½ tbsp onion powder

½ tbsp lemon pepper

1 lemon


  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, thyme, onion powder, and lemon pepper.

  2. Add the vegetable oil to the bowl and mix well.

  3. Add this mixture to the chicken. Make sure both sides are coated.

  4. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours

  5. Preheat the grill for high heat.

  6. Lightly oil the grill grates.

  7. Remove chicken from fridge. Place chicken on hot grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until internal temp is 165 degrees.

  8. Serve, and enjoy!
