Marinade:
2 lbs. Wings
1/2 c. Soy sauce
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1 TBSP siracha
1 TBSP Minced garlic
Seasoning:
Croix Valley "Spicy BBQ Booster"
Instructions:
Place wings and all marinade ingredients into bowl, mix well so all wings are coated.
Marinate 4-48 hrs.
Pour wings onto a large cookie sheet or tray, pat dry.
Place on grill or smoker at 325. Season well with a seasoning of your choice. We used Croix Valley Spicy BBQ Booster.
Turn periodically for even char.
