Wings pt. 1


2 lbs. Wings

1/2 c. Soy sauce

1/2 c. Brown sugar

1 TBSP siracha

1 TBSP Minced garlic


Croix Valley "Spicy BBQ Booster"


  1. Place wings and all marinade ingredients into bowl, mix well so all wings are coated.

  2. Marinate 4-48 hrs.

  3. Pour wings onto a large cookie sheet or tray, pat dry.

  4. Place on grill or smoker at 325. Season well with a seasoning of your choice. We used Croix Valley Spicy BBQ Booster.

  5. Turn periodically for even char.

  6. Enjoy!
