Ingredients:
Pico de Gallo-
4 Roma Tomatoes
2 Jalapenos
1/2 red onion
1/2 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Burgers-
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
Nachos-
Favorite tortilla chips
Mexican shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees
2. Chop tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions and add to a bowl, then season with salt and pepper; add lime juice to balance the salt and pepper, then stir until combined
3. Add ground beef to a bowl with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then mix all together
4. Create 4-5 patties
5. Add burgers to grill, then create a tray for the nachos
6. Add chips and cheese to tray and grill for 5 minutes
7. Flip burgers and remove nachos once cheese is melted, then cook burgers for 5 more minutes
8. Remove burgers from grill and add bun, then top with nachos, pico, and extra jalapenos or whatever extras you want
9. Serve and enjoy!
