Italian Roast Beef Sub


4 cups of water

2 tbsp beef bouillon

1/2 lemon, juiced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

French Bread

1 pound roast beef, sliced very thin Instructions: 1. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F 2. Add cast iron pan to grill to heat up

3. Make the beef gravy by combining all of the ingredients, except beef and buns, in the cast iron

4. When the mixture begins to boil reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn the heat to low

5. Add roast beef to the gravy and let cook for about 20 minutes, mixing occasionally 6. Add rolls to the grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until toasted 7. Remove everything from the grill, then build sandwiches

8. Add any additional topping you enjoy such as jalapenos, or pepperoncinis

9. Save extra gravy as an au jus

10. Serve and enjoy!
