Grilled Thanksgiving Turkey


5 lb turkey

4 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons dried thyme

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika


1. Combine butter with all the seasonings

2. Dry the outside of the bird, then add butter to the exterior

3. Preheat grill to medium heat

4. Place turkey on the grill with tinfoil underneath

5. Grill for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 180 degrees

6. Serve and enjoy!
