Grilled Shrimp


Ingredients:


2 lbs shrimp

2 tbsps olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp red pepper flakes


Instructions:

1.Combine shrimp, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, and toss to coat

2. Grill on high, turning once until charred and pink, about 3 minutes per side

3. Melt butter and mix in red pepper flakes

4. Brush on shrimp

5. Peel shrimp

6. Serve and enjoy!
