Grilled Potato Wedges

Looking for an easy but delicious recipe for a group of 6, 15, or even 20!? Well this recipe is too easy to pass up! Just fluctuate your numbers based on how many guests are expected!

Ingredients

► 6 large Idaho or russet potatoes (cut into wedges)

► 1 teaspoon kosher salt

► 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

► 2 tablespoons garlic powder

► 1 tablespoon onion powder

► Juice of 1 lemon

► 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

► 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)

► 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)


Instructions

1. Slice the russet potatoes into wedges and toss into a large bowl.

2. In the large bowl over the potatoes combine olive oil, rosemary, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix Evenly

3. Heat the grill to 450 and cook the potatoes for 15 minutes on their first side. Then flip once and cook for another 15 minutes, lastly flip them one more time or cook until golden brown/al dente.

4. Serve immediately.
