Ingredients:
2 lbs Flank Steak
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup greek yogurt
Pita Bread
2 tomatoes chopped
1 green pepper
1 sweet onion
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat
2. Season the steak with half of the seasoning
3. Add pita to grill then add steak, green pepper, and onion to grill
4. Combine the rest of the seasoning with the greek yogurt
5. Remove pepper and onion from grill when they are charred
6. Grill steak about 10 minutes per side
7. Cut pepper, onion, and steak
8. Place steak, pepper, onion, and tomatoes on pita bread
9. Finally add greek yogurt sauce to pita
10. Serve and enjoy!
