Foil Pack Potatoes


4 potatoes

1 green pepper

1 red onion

2 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove

Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Preheat grill to medium/high heat

2. Dice potatoes, green pepper, and red onion

3. Place in a large bowl, then add the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper

4. Stir contents of the bowl until well coated

5. Place tin foil down on flat surface, then dump bowl contents in the center of the foil pack

6. Fold the foil so contents are sealed in

7. Place foil pack on the grill for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are soft

8. Remove from grill and carefully unwrap the potatoes

9. Serve and enjoy!
