Man oh man, this Stuffed Zucchini recipe is not only INCREEDIBLY easy to make but it is absolutely delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
► 4 Medium Zucchini
► 1 Cup of Bread Crumbs
► 1 Cup of Parmesan
► 1/4 Cup of Chives
► 2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
► 1 1/2 Tbsp of Melted Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Slice zucchini in half.
2. Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan, chives, minced garlic, and butter.
3. Preheat grill to medium high and transfer to grill for 20 minutes until golden brown.
4. Remove and serve.
