EASY Grilled Chicken Quesadilla

Looking for a simple dinner that won't break the bank and that your family will love? Look no further.

Ingredients

► 6 Large Tortillas

► 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

► 1 Green Bell Pepper

► 1 Red Bell Pepper

► 1/3 Cup of Onion

► 2 Chicken Breasts Shredded

► 1 Package of Taco Seasoning

► 2 Cups of Shredded Cheese





Instructions

1. Cook 2 chicken breasts on a 400 degree preheated grill. While the chicken cooks

dice bell peppers and slice an onion into 4ths and dice until you have a 1/4 Cup.

2. Remove chicken and shred once chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165

degrees. Heat oil in a cast iron and add in onion and pepper until tender. Once the

vegetables are cooked add the shredded chicken and package of taco seasoning in an

addition to a cup of water.

3. Lay out the tortillas on the grill and sprinkle with ½ cup cheese on one half of the

tortilla. Add ¼ of the chicken mixture. Fold half of the tortilla over the filling. Brush the

outside of each tortilla with olive oil.

4. Lightly brown each quesadillas 3-4 minutes per side or until golden and cheese is

melted. Cool 2-3 minutes and cut each tortilla into 3 pieces.
