Cheese Steak Peppers


1 lb Ground Beef

1 yellow onion

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp Worcestershire

3 tbsp Butter

3 green peppers


  1. Preheat Grill to medium

  2. Cook ground beef for 4-5 minutes in pan

  3. Add salt, pepper, and onions, and cook for 5 more minutes

  4. Cut green peppers in half and remove the seeds

  5. Once ground beef is complete, stuff the pepper halves with the mixture

  6. Add cheddar cheese on top, then add to grill (I recommend putting tin foil down first

  7. Cook for 15 minutes, or until peppers are cooked how you prefer

  8. Serve and Enjoy!
