► 21oz Ground Beef
► 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
► 1 tbsp Onion Powder
► 1 tbsp Black Pepper
► 1/2 tbsp Salt
► 1/2 Onion - ring slices
► 1 tbsp Olive Oil (to cook onions)
► 12 slices Cheddar Cheese
► 12 Hawaiian Rolls
Portion 21 oz of ground beef for sliders & add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper & Salt. Mix meat evenly & divide into equal parts for sliders.
Thinly slice onions in a ring style & place in a pan over medium heat with butter or oil. Let cook until brown & translucent (about 15 minutes).
Heat up a grill to medium-high. Cook patties 5 minutes on each side or until an internal temp of 165° F is reached.
Place Cheddar Cheese on top & once the cheese is nice and melted you're ready to remove from the grill.
After remove sliders from the grill add your bun & top with grilled onions. Enjoy!
