Ingredients:
4 roma tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 sweet onion
Cilantro
1 jalapeno
2 avocados
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees
2. Cut veggies in half and toss them in olive oil
3. Add veggies to grill. Grill until charred (10-15 minutes)
4. Remove from the grill and chop veggies
5. Add cilantro, salt and pepper
6. mix until everything is combined
7. Serve and enjoy!
