Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet skin on
Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Salmon Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cedar planks
Instructions:
Submerge planks in water for 1-2 hours
Preheat grill to 350
Once planks are done soaking, remove and place on the grill to heat up
Add seasoning to salmon
Next add olive oil and rub all over salmon
Put salmon on the planks on the grill (depending on the planks, you may need to cut the salmon into sections)
Grill for about 15 minutes
Remove from grill.
Serve and enjoy!
