Ingredients:
Venison steaks
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup canola oil
2 tsp brown sugar
¼ cup honey
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
¼ cup oyster sauce
Instructions:
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
Place venison in a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over steak and seal the bag.
Place bag in the refrigerator and marinate at least overnight.
Drain the marinade at let the steak come to room temperature at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Lay the steak on the grill. Leave for 20 minutes.
Flip the steak grill for 20 more minutes.
Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes..
