2lbs ground beef
1 wheel brie
1 package bacon
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
Preheat grill. Put bacon on tinfoil and add to grill.
Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to ground beef and mix well.
Cut the brie cheese into approximately 1x1 slices.
Form ground beef into burgers, while creating a spot for the cheese. Place cheese in the center and close the beef around it.
Place patties on the grill with the bacon. Grill 5 minutes per side.
Add remaining brie slices to the top of the burgers, and a slice of bacon.
Once cheese has melted, remove from grill. Toast the buns on the grill.
Place pepper jelly on the bun, then a burger.
Serve and enjoy!
