Grilled Butternut Squash


1 Butternut squash

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp brown sugar


  1. Cut squash into 1 inch thick sections

  2. Preheat grill to 400

  3. Put squash in a medium size bowl. Pour over olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and brown sugar

  4. Place on the grill. Grill 20 minutes, or until soft.

  5. Remove from grill. Serve

  6. Enjoy!
