Sausage & Veggie Skewers


1 link smoked sausage

1 large zucchini, diced

1 large yellow squash, diced

1 large sweet onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

Spicy Ketchup-

½ cup Ketchup

2-4 teaspoons sriracha


  1. Thread sausage, zucchini, squash, onion, and pepper onto skewers

  2. Preheat grill to 350 degrees and cook skewers for 10-15 minutes. Flip occasionally

  3. Whisk together ketchup and sriracha while sausage cooks

  4. Serve together
