Spicy Corn

Ingredients:

5-10 corn

ΒΌ cup butter

2 tbsp chili powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees

  2. Melt butter, then combine the chili powder and butter

  3. Peel back the husk of the corn, making sure not to remove it

  4. Apply liberal amount of butter mixture to each corn, then place husk back over the corn

  5. Place on hot grill, grill each side for 10 minutes (4 sides)

  6. Remove from grill.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
