INGREDIENTS
► Bone in ham
Honey Bourbon glaze
► ½ cup honey
► ½ cup bourbon
► 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Simmer together the honey, bourbon, and Dijon mustard together and stir.
2. Add 1/4" of water to the pan with the ham bone down and add marinade to ham.
3. Pre-heat oven to 300°F and cook for 15-20 minutes per pound.
4. Remove and wait 15 minutes before slicing.
