Grilled Green Beans


Ingredients

1 lb. green bean

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 small yellow onion

4 slices bacon cut into quarters

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

  2. Combine green beans, onion, and bacon in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over green beans mixture and season with salt and pepper; stir to coat. Transfer green beans mixture to a grilling basket

  3. Place green beans mixture on the preheated grill and cook, stirring every 10 minutes, until tender, about 20-30 minutes

  4. Remove from grill and sprinkle cheese over. Serve

  5. Enjoy!
